At RefurbIndia.in, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished laptops and desktops. We want you to have peace of mind when making a purchase. Please read our warranty policy carefully:

Warranty Duration

• Standard Warranty: All our refurbished laptops and desktops come with a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• For extended warranty cases, the warranty duration specified on the invoice will be considered final.

Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty covers hardware components and their functionality during the specified period.

Specific coverage details are as follows:

Hardware Components:

During the warranty period: If any hardware component (e.g., motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive) malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence is not covered.
• Liquid damage, physical damage, and burns are excluded.
• Any modifications or tampering with the device (including breaking security seals) voids the warranty.

Battery and Power Adapter:

• For a 6-month warranty Laptop:
  • The battery and power adapter are covered for 1 month from the date of delivery.
• For a 1-year warranty on Laptop:
  • The battery and power adapter are covered for 3 months from the date of delivery.

How to Claim Warranty

Contact Us:

• If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, contact our customer support team immediately.
• Provide your order details and a clear description of the problem.

Assessment and Resolution:

• Our technicians will assess the issue remotely or guide you through troubleshooting steps.
• If the issue persists, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement.

Return Process (if needed):

• If physical inspection or repair is necessary, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes

Warranty Void Conditions:

• The security seal is broken or tampered with.
• The product shows signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or burning.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications are attempted.

Extended Warranty:

• If you’ve purchased an extended warranty, the terms specified on the invoice apply.
