  • This policy applies to all refurbished laptops and desktops purchased from RefurbIndia.in.
  • It covers both open-box and certified refurbished items.
• Timeframe:
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How to Initiate a Refund

  • If you’re unhappy with your refurbished laptop or desktop, reach out to our customer support team via email (support@refurbindia.in) or phone.
  • Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Return Authorization:
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • You’ll receive a return authorization (RA) number.
• Packaging and Shipping:
  • Safely pack the product in its original packaging (if available) or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Attach the RA number clearly on the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

• Inspection:
  • Once we receive the returned product, our technicians will inspect it.
  • We’ll assess its condition and verify that it matches the original description.
• Refund Options:
  • If the product meets our criteria, you have two refund options:
  • Full Refund: We’ll refund the entire purchase amount.
  • Partial Refund: If there’s minor wear or cosmetic imperfections, we may offer a partial refund.
• Processing Time:
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
